"Bokkou" is a dialect in Okayama means "extremely", "awesome" and if use the word to foods it says "very delicious!!".
There are several bokkou Soba restaurant in Okayama and "Suisen-Tei" is one of the best.
The restaurant looks old and traditional Japanese house.
